"I’ve worked with DTK/Teri on 2 different projects and I would 100% recommend her services to anyone. One project was a kitchen/living room/bathroom renovation and the other was a full construction of a 600 sq ft ADU from the ground up. Teri helped me to work within my budget, had a sense of urgency with all tasks, used high quality materials and was very detail-oriented. One example of this attention to detail was when I was removing a load-bearing wall in a 3-story home. Teri was the only one who brought in a structural engineer who realized that the load-bearing wall was also a shear wall. Other contractors that I got quotes from were giving me very high estimates and they never realized that it was a shear wall. Teri worked patiently with the City of Torrance to get proper permits. I trust Teri and her team and would use them on all future projects that I have."

“House remodeling can be an inspiring experience not a fearful adventure, Teri at DTK shows it can be done that remodeling can be a pleasant life journey. Our 2000 house remodeling (replacing all windows, minor bathroom update, interior/exterior painting) and 2007 house addition confirms remodeling is a dreadful life encounter even with contractor who comes with reference. Since 2020 we have been asking friends with recent house remodeling for reference but nobody will give me their contractor's name. In early 2023, a friend had their house remodel by DTK highly recommend Teri to me. So I took a deep dive to test my luck. I cannot be happier with the result and grateful for Teri. Conversing with Teri is challenging because she has so many interesting ideas and suggestions. I was reluctant but delighted when we see the resulting product. Winnie at the office managed the design to perfection. It is a given sometimes worker do sloppy job, they are human. But how the general contractor addresses the issue makes all the differences. Teri visited the job site everyday checking on the progress so I can discuss any concern and issue with her directly, in person. Teri tried her very best to find a resolution, it makes the world of a difference to the remodeling experience. DTK remodeled the kitchen, guest bathroom, replaced old electrical wires, built a retaining wall, and replaced the gate and furnace. The city inspector commended the new kitchen is so well done privately. In 2025 DTK helped us rebuilding our on suite bathroom. Let our pictures do the talking. We highly commend DTK."

To whomever it may concern, my name is Lenny, owner of Olymstar International Corporation that operates a gym here in So Cal! When our first location opened in Costa Mesa in '95, DTK Construction was there to completely rennovate the premise; installing 5-stall Men's and Women's restrooms, excavating and building a 20x20x9 in-ground foam pit, along with complete interior refinishings. All done on-time and up-to-code. Fast forward 30 years. We have opened another location in the Inland Empire and DTK construction once again came through for us completely renovating another gym for us blue-printing and installing brand new roof-mounted AC units along with all of its interior duct-work along with new insulation and repainting! All of this work again completed on-time and up-to-code. DTK owner/operator Teri is immensely knowledgable and super easy to work woth, guiding us step-by-step through our entire renovation and making sure no detail is missed in the process!
